Durham: something doesn't add up

There is something which doesn’t add up regarding the Durham Investigation.

It was May 2020. Six months before the Elections.
A trusted source with a contact inside the Durham Team gave me privately and confidentially certain information regarding the Durham Investigation: where the investigation was heading, the charges sought, the names of the individuals targeted.

The source provided me a provisional “List of Indictments”, with details about the charges for each of the targeted individuals.
When I read that message, the list of names mentioned, and the charges, I was stunned. The list included:

• James Comey, the former Director of the FBI

• Andrew McCabe, the former Deputy Director of the FBI

• John Brennan, the former Director of the CIA

• James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence of Barack Obama

• Susan Rice, former National Security Advisor under Barack Obama

• Peter Strzok, former Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division

• Lisa Page, former FBI Legal Counsel to Deputy Director Andrew McCabe

• Loretta Lynch, former Attorney General under Barack Obama

• Sally Yates, former Deputy Attorney General

• Bruce Ohr, former Associate Deputy Attorney General

• 4 undisclosed former high level CIA officials

The charges were: “Seditious Conspiracy to Overthrow the Government”, “Falsifying Government Documents”, “Perjury”, “Lying to Congress”.
For some of the individuals mentioned above, even Treason.

I will reveal the detailed “List of Indictments”, with the specific charges for each individual named above, in my Course in Intelligence and Espionage.

The penalty for each count of “Seditious Conspiracy to Overthrow the Government” is 20 years in jail, and there is no Statute of Limitations for that crime. Almost all the above individuals had 3 charges of “Conspiracy to Overthrow the Government”, which means 60 years in jail, plus additional charges.

To give some insight, the charges sought regarding James Comey were:

• 3 counts of Conspiracy to Overthrow the Government

• 4 counts of Falsifying Government Documents

• 6 counts of Perjury

• 4 counts of Obstruction of Justice

Adding all these charges, this means 120 years in jail for James Comey.

The source told me that the charges were provisional, the Durham Team was still working on that. More charges would be added, and more individuals would be indicted. That happened in May 2020.

When I received that message from the source I was stunned, but on the other hand these were the names we were all expecting to be indicted by Durham.

The notable names which were missing from the list were Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. But since the source said that “More charges would be added, more individuals would be indicted”, probably Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were among those targeted individuals.

I said to my source: “Well, the information you gave me about the Durham Investigation is astounding” and I added: “What a pity… certainly I cannot publish this List of Indictments on Twitter! The Durham Team would not be happy…”

To my surprise, the source replied: “Why not? You have plausible deniability. Go with it, publish a Thread on Twitter, so we scare the hell out of those f***ing criminals!”

Note: at that time, in May 2020, I had a powerful and influential account on Twitter, with 130,000 followers and 53 Million views per month. Among my followers I had Jesse Watters, Sara Carter and Martha MacCallum from Fox News, Elizabeth MacDonald (Fox Business), Chanel Rion, White House Correspondent at OAN, Fred Fleitz, former Chief of Staff at the National Security Council, Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer, former Military Intelligence officer and Intelligence Analyst at Fox News.

I thought about writing a Thread on Twitter for a while, then I finally told my source: “Okay, let me do this, and let’s see what happens…”
And I published the Twitter Thread with the List of Indictments.
That Thread went viral, and generated 12 million views.
Perhaps some of you on Substack still remember it.

The Second Source

Then, something very interesting happened...
The day after I published the Twitter Thread with the List of Indictments, I received a message from another trusted contact, who told me:

“My source at the DOJ saw your Twitter Thread from yesterday.”

“The DOJ source told me that the List of Indictments you published in the Thread is damn near to what has been sought by the Durham Team”

That was a “wow” moment.
The List of Indictments was Over the Target: “damn near to what has been sought by the Durham Team”.

The Second Source added:

“It was a Seditious Conspiracy to Overthrow the Goverment”

“The Indictments sought by the Durham Team are of historic proportions.
There has been nothing like it, in the history of our country.”

The DOJ source described the Seditious Conspiracy against President Trump as:

“similar to what John Wilkes Booth and his co-conspirators attempted in trying to decapitate the Government”

That was the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.
John Wilkes Booth was the guy who assassinated President Lincoln.

John Wilkes Booth was tracked down and killed in a shooting.
The 8 co-conspirators implicated in the Lincoln assassination were tried by a Military Tribunal, and found guilty. Four of them were given the Death Penalty, and executed by hanging.

Interestingly, a few weeks after I published my “List of Indictments Thread” on Twitter, Maria Bartiromo (Fox Business) made the same reference to the President Lincoln assassination in an interview with Attorney General William Barr.

Maria Bartiromo said:

“A source told me this was the closest the United States ever came to a Coup to take down a President since the assassination of Lincoln. Is that an appropriate statement?”

William Barr replied:

“I think it is the closest we have come to an organized effort to push a President out of office.”

Was the source of Maria Bartiromo the same source I had?

A few days later, Kerri Kupec, the DOJ spokeswoman, said:

“The American people deserve resolution, and quite frankly, Justice deserves resolution. Justice needs to be restored.”

“and the (Durham) Report is going to be really pivotal to the restoration of that one tier system of Justice.”
“People needs to see what was going on.”

The respected journalist John Solomon was confirming that the Durham Team was soon going to file indictments of top level people of the Obama FBI and DOJ.

The Question

All this happened in May 2020, and in the following weeks.
Not only that: we were all expecting those Durham Indictments to come out in a couple of months, in July 2020 or thereabouts.
It didn’t happen.
And the hyped “Durham Investigation” turned out to be a dragged out Nothingburger.

The question is “Why?”
What happened?

Was John Durham threatened, back in July 2020?
Was Durham told something along the lines of “You are not going to do this, just drag it out until after the elections” ?
Was Durham told “Forget all this, and drag it out, or else…” ?

And, if this is what happened, who threatened John Durham and his Team?

Was Durham told, in July 2020: “We are going screw Trump, we are going to rig the Elections and Trump will be booted out of office by January 2021. So you, John Durham, better get along with us, and forget to bring those charges” ?

One thing I find suspicious is that John Durham was not fired by AG Garland in January 2021, after the usurper Biden was installed: Durham was allowed to continue his investigation as “Special Counsel” in 2021 and in 2022.
Was it because of an agreement between the Biden DOJ and Durham, along the lines of “okay Durham, for optics we let you continue: we allow you to get a few small fish, but do not touch Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Strzok, or any other on that list. Understood?”
And Durham obliged.

A certain Spy Operation

We all know about the FBI “Crossfire Hurricane” sham investigation on Trump, and we know about the spy operation on the Trump campaign conducted by the FBI through the illegal FISA warrant on Carter Page.

But there was another Spy Operation on Trump in 2016, way more powerful than the FBI spy operation related to the FISA warrant on Carter Page.
A Spy Operation which was hundreds of times more powerful.

That was the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump.

GCHQ is a British Intelligence Agency, the British equivalent of the NSA.
The GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump had been organized by the CIA Director John Brennan, in early August 2016, on behalf of Barack Obama.

On August 8, 2016, the CIA Director John Brennan met with the Director of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, in Washington DC.
That meeting took place one week after the FBI opened the “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation on Trump (July 31, 2016).

The GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump was officially requested to the British by Barack Obama on August 28, 2016.
And I have the documents to prove it.
Obama had been on a trip to the UK a few months prior, in April 2016. At that time, Gina Haspel was the CIA Station Chief in London.

After the Trump victory in the 2016 Elections, on November 17, 2016, the National Security Advisor of Barack Obama, Susan Rice, requested to the Director of GCHQ the renewal of the Spy Operation on Trump.
This means that the British GCHQ Spy Operation continued when Donald Trump was President-Elect.

On January 23, 2017, three days after Trump Inauguration, all of a sudden the Director of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, resigned.
Coincidence?

On January 25, 2017, two days after Hannigan resignation, five days after Trump Inauguration, the UK Prime Minister, Theresa May, rushed to the White House to have a meeting with President Trump.
Another coincidence?

This is what Judge Andrew Napolitano said on Fox News two months later, on March 14, 2017:

“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command.
He didn’t use the NSA.
He didn’t use the CIA.
He didn’t use the FBI and he didn’t use the Department of Justice.
He used GCHQ.

What the heck is GCHQ?
That’s the initials for the British spying agency.
They have 24/7 access to the NSA database.

So by simply having two people go to them saying ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving President-Elect Trump’, he is able to get it, and there is no American fingerprints on this.”

This is exactly how the CIA operates: it outsources the spy operations on US citizens to the British, so there are no American fingerprints on these illegal activities.

The groundbreaking statement from Judge Andrew Napolitano came 10 days after Trump had tweeted this:

The day after Judge Napolitano statement, the Trump White House spokesman, Sean Spicer, repeated word by word what Judge Andrew Napolitano had said.
This means that Sean Spicer had been instructed by President Trump to do so.
In other words, Trump agreed with Judge Napolitano statement: Barack Obama had used the British GCHQ to spy on him.

Why the GCHQ spy operation was hundreds of times more powerful than the FBI/Carter Page FISA spy operation?
For this reason: the British GCHQ was able to access the NSA super-powerful spy tools in real time, 24/7, while the FBI with the FISA warrant wasn’t.

The British spied on a US Presidential Candidate, and on a President-Elect.
That was an Act of War.

The GCHQ SpyOp exposed

I wrote about the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump in two detailed Twitter Threads in September 2018. Those Threads included certain Top Secret documents and data.
On May 24, 2020, I published my first book, “The Spy Operations on Trump”.
I had been working on writing that book since August 2019.
The core subject of the book is the GCHQ Spy Operation.

To my surprise, “The Spy Operations on Trump” became an instant bestseller, reaching #3 in the Amazon bestseller list, in the category Intelligence and Espionage, in just two days.
Not bad for a first book, written by someone who didn’t have a $5 million contract with HarperCollins or Simon & Schuster, and who had never written a book before…

On May 26, 2020, two days after the book was published, Chanel Rion, the White House Correspondent at OAN, asked a question from my book regarding the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump to the White House Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, at the White House press conference:

“We have now new information showing that Obama himself used Foreign Intelligence to request surveillance on the 5th and 26th floor of Trump Tower.”
”Was John Brennan behind that?”

Given the official environment of the White House press room, Chanel Rion used a number of euphemisms in her question:
”Obama used Foreign Intelligence” = used the British (GCHQ)
”to request surveillance” = to spy on Trump
But the concept is clear.

You may notice:
”Project FULSOME” = the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump.
”at the request of the US President” = at that time, in August 2016, the US President was Barack Obama.
”IOCCO approved FULSOME” = IOCCO means: “Interception of Communications Commissioner's Office”. IOCCO is the British Government Agency tasked to review, and approve or deny, the spying requests of GCHQ.

At the top: “To surveil 725 5th Avenue, NY, USA, 5th and 26th floors”, the same floors mentioned in the question of Chanel Rion.
725, 5th Avenue is the address of Trump Tower in New York City.
(I know: I was in the Trump Tower in 2019...)

What is written in that GCHQ document lines up perfectly with the Trump tweet of March 4, 2017: Obama ordered it, Trump was spied on in Trump Tower:

How did Trump know about the GCHQ Spy Operation?
Was President Trump provided with the same Top Secret GCHQ document that I have?
And if so, who gave it to him?

Interestingly, Amazon suppressed my book “The Spy Operations on Trump” on September 14, 2020, while it was a bestseller. That was 50 days before the 2020 Elections.
The book was Over the Target.

Who ordered Amazon to suppress my book?
The CIA?
The FBI?
The GCHQ?
John Brennan?
Gina Haspel?

It seems that book made some Deep State people nervous…
The book is still suppressed by Amazon to this day, October 2022.

Durham and GCHQ

Around May 15, 2020, I was provided by my “First Source” the Durham provisional “List of Indictments” outlined at the top of this article. As we have seen, the list included James Comey, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper, Susan Rice, Peter Strzok, and the others.
The “Second Source” confirmed that the List of Indictments was “damn near to what has been sought by the Durham Team”.

But I was not sure that the Durham Team had all the information about the GCHQ Spy Operation. So at the beginning of June 2020 I reached out to my First Source, who had a contact inside the Durham Team, and I asked him: “is the Durham Team aware of the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump? Are they investigating it?”

He relayed my question, and the answer he got was elusive.
Whether it was to keep secrecy on an ongoing investigation, or for other reasons, was unclear. One possibility was that the Durham Team was denied access to any information related to the GCHQ SpyOp, because it involved the highest levels of a British Intelligence Agency and the British Government itself.
I knew that Boris Johnson was involved in it.
In 2016, Boris Johnson was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and he was informed by the Director of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, that the GCHQ was spying on Trump under Obama request.

In any case, I wanted the Durham Team to have the information about the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump: it could facilitate the investigation.
Therefore, I provided my source with all the information I had about the GCHQ Spy Operation, including a complimentary copy of my book “The Spy Operations on Trump”, telling him to forward all the material to the Durham Team.
And so he did.

Therefore, John Durham has all the information about the GCHQ Spy Operation on Trump since June 2020.

Why, then, we haven’t heard a peep about the GCHQ Spy Operation in the Durham trials, nor in the Durham filings?
Was it all covered up because it involved our British so-called “allies”?
And Durham was told not to upset them?
Was it covered up because it involved Barack Obama?
