Eric Ciaramella: how Paul Sperry, Sean Hannity and Fox News stole all my information
This is Intellectual Property Theft. I am suing Sean Hannity, Fox News and Paul Sperry for $800 Million, each
Eric Ciaramella is the “whistleblower” of the Impeachment inquiry on President Trump. The “secret whistleblower” of Adam Schiff.
Sean Hannity, Fox News and Paul Sperry are thieves.
Sean Hannity, Fox News and Paul Sperry have stolen all my content on Eric Ciaramella.
This is “Intellectual Property Theft”.
Stealing is also a Federal Crime.
I am suing each one of them for $800 Million.
Let’s travel back in time to October 2019.
This is what happened:
.
October 2019 - The Trump Impeachment
Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and the Democrats were trying to remove President Trump from office. The Trump Impeachment inquiry was ongoing, led by the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff.
The inquiry was focused on a letter that President Trump had sent to the President of Ukraine, Zelensky, in July 2019.
Adam Schiff had a “secret whistleblower”.
Nobody knew who this secret whistleblower was.
The New York Times, Washington Post, Fox News were scrambling to find out who this secret whistleblower was.
On October 11, 2019, Greg Rubini revaled to the world who was this Adam Schiff secret whistleblower: Eric Ciaramella.
It was the first of 7 detailed Threads on Eric Ciaramella that I published on Twitter, from October 11 to October 25, 2019.
Eric Ciaramella is a CIA Operative, who speaks fluently Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic. A John Brennan puppet.
Ciaramella is proficient also in Georgian and in other Caucasian languages.
He attended Yale University, Department of Linguistics, he graduated in 2008 with a thesis entitled “Topics in Georgian morphosyntax: the verbal noun and doubled verbs”.
Ciaramella was recruited by the CIA in 2009, to work as an analyst on Russia and Ukraine.
In 2015, Eric Ciaramella was detailed to the National Security Council, during the Obama administration.
His official title at the National Security Council was:
“Director for Baltic and Eastern European Affairs”.
Between 2014 and 2016, Joe Biden flew many times to Ukraine with Eric Ciaramella, on Air Force Two.
In 2017, Eric Ciaramella was retained at the National Security Council in the Trump Administration, and even promoted. His new official title became: “Acting Senior Director for European and Russian Affairs”
Who retained Eric Ciaramella at the National Security Council in the Trump Administration?
Who promoted him?
None other than Gen. H. R. McMaster, who had been appointed by President Trump as his National Security Advisor, after Gen. Mike Flynn had been forced to resign:
Greg Rubini revaled all of this, and much more, about Eric Ciaramella, in a series of Twitter Threads, between October 11 and October 25, 2019.
First Thread on Eric Ciaramella:
National Security Council, Gen. H. R. McMaster, National Security Advisor.

Published on October Oct 11, 2019
Second Thread: “Official Luncheon at the State Department of October 18, 2016, in honor of the Prime Minister of Italy, Matteo Renzi.”
Eric Ciaramella was a guest at the official luncheon at the State Department, along with Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, John Brennan, James Clapper, Susan Rice.

Published on October 15, 2019
Please note the date of this official luncheon: October 18, 2016.
Just 20 days before the 2016 Elections.
Eric Ciaramella was a key player in the 2014 Coup d’Etat in Ukraine, along with Joe Biden, Obama, Victoria Nuland, John Kerry, John Brennan.
Third Thread: more information on Eric Ciaramella,
and on Sean Misko, Abigail Grace, hired as staffers by Adam Schiff:

Published on October 16, 2019
Fourth Thread: detailed information on Eric Ciaramella background:
birth date, Yale University, papers and grants, expertise on Ukraine and Russia, his hiring by the CIA:

Published on October 22, 2019
From October 10 to October 25, 2019, Greg Rubini dedicated 200 hours in investigative and research work on Eric Ciaramella, and his connections with Deep State actors.
This is how Google looked like, on October 22, 2019:
As soon as I discovered that the “Secret Whistleblower” was Eric Ciaramella, on October 11, 2019, I immediately informed President Trump, as a reply to one of his tweets:
Link: https://twitter.com/GregRubini/status/1182676210452705280
I had an inkling that someone in the Trump inner circle was reading my Twitter Threads, so I was confident that the information would get to the President.
Which, in fact, happened.
My inkling was later confirmed by well placed sources.
On the same day, October 11, 2019, I trolled Joe Biden about Eric Ciaramella, on his own Twitter page:
Link: https://twitter.com/GregRubini/status/1182679471301758976
.
Sara Carter, Fox News
Since I had direct private contacts with Sara Carter of Fox News, on the same day, October 11, 2019, I informed Sara Carter that the whistleblower was Eric Ciaramella, also linking my Twitter Thread on Ciaramella.
My objective was to have Fox News run the explosive story on the Sean Hannity Show, on the same evening:
Nothing happened.
I didn't receive any reply from Sara Carter.
I was baffled.
Why she didn’t respond?
Now we know, from “The Twitter Files”, that the FBI was illegally spying on the Direct Messages on Twitter. Certainly the FBI was spying on Sara Carter, so they probably intercepted my DM, and it never went to Sara Carter.
.
Kevin Corke, White House correspondent at Fox News
Undeterred, since I had not received any reply from Sara Carter, on October 13, 2019, I decided to contact Kevin Corke, White House correspondent of Fox News.
He was following me on Twitter.
Kevin Corke was quick to respond and grab the opportunity, and we arranged private contacts on Skype. Here is an excerpt of our exchange on Skype:
I was well aware that the Eric Ciaramella story was the scoop of the Century, way bigger than the Nixon Watergate scandal: it was the effort to remove President Trump from office using a bogus accusation.
I wrote Kevin Corke that my information about Eric Ciaramella had to be forwarded directly to Sean Hannity and to Tucker Carlson.
Kevin Corke replied:
That was fine.
With Kevin Corke everything was progressing in the right direction.
I wrote to Kevin Corke that I could prepare a PDF document, for Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson convenience, compiling in a well organized way all the information I had discovered about Eric Ciaramella:
My PDF document, “The Eric Ciaramella Dossier“, could be used by Sean Hannity or Tucker Carlson as a solid basis for the show.
And of course, as part of the agreement, I had to be given full credit on the Fox News Show, as the source of the information. And I remarked this to Kevin Corke in very clear terms.
I worked for 18 hours to prepare the “Eric Ciaramella Dossier“, which ended up being 13 pages long, and was very detailed.
I sent my PDF document to Kevin Corke on October 15, 2019:
This is page 1 of my “Eric Ciaramella Dossier”, sent to Kevin Corke, White House correspondent of Fox News, on October 15, 2019:
This is page 1 of the 13 pages of the entire dossier on Eric Ciaramella.
Note: Fox News didn’t pay me even one penny for all that work.
After Kevin Corke received my “Eric Ciaramella Dossier”, this is what he wrote me, via Twitter Direct Message:
Greg Rubini: “have you found the info compelling?”
Kevin Corke: “immensely”
Kevin Corke then informed me that he had forwarded my “Eric Ciaramella Dossier” to the Executive Producers of both shows: the Sean Hannity Show and the Tucker Carlson Show.
I was quite glad about it, and confident.
The Dossier also included 8 main talking points for Hannity Show.
These are the talking points for the Hannity Show that I included in the “Eric Ciaramella Dossier”, that I sent to Kevin Corke on Oct 14, 2019:
Eric Ciaramella is connected with Susan Rice, Obama's National Security Advisor, and with John Brennan, Obama CIA Director from March 2013 to January 20, 2017.
Was the Nancy Pelosi & Adam Schiff “whistleblower Operation” planned by John Brennan?
Is the Nancy Pelosi & Adam Schiff 'whistleblower Operation' orchestrated by John Brennan with Adam Schiff, using Eric Ciaramella, Sean Misko and Abigail Grace as Brennan tools?
The Nancy Pelosi & Adam Schiff “Trump Impeachment circus” bears a striking resemblance with the Diane Feinstein circus at the Kavanaugh hearings of September 2018. Same modus operandi.
Is the Brennan/Schiff “whistleblower Operation” - and the connected Nancy Pelosi “Impeachment circus” - a last ditch effort by Brennan & his allies to avoid the inevitable?
The “inevitable” being the arrests of those implicated in the illegal Spy Operations on Trump? Is the Brennan/Schiff “Impeachment circus” an effort by Brennan & his allies to shift the narrative, in collusion with CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post?
It was General H. R. McMaster, Trump National Security Adviser in 2017, who decided to retain Eric Ciaramella, Sean Misko and Abigail Grace at the National Security Council.
Was McMaster a Deep State mole inside the Trump Administration?
I was expecting Sean Hannity to break the explosive scoop on the same evening, on October 15, 2019.
It didn't happen.
“Okay” - I thought - “perhaps at Fox News they need a bit more time to organize all the information, and produce the Show.”
“probably Sean Hannity will break the story tomorrow, October 16”
That didn't happen, either.
No mention of Eric Ciaramella on the Hannity Show of Oct 16.
In the meantime, on October 15, I trolled Adam Schiff, on his own Twitter page, about his “secret whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella:
Link: https://twitter.com/GregRubini/status/1184243476159959040
Days passed, and I became puzzled.
No replies from Kevin Corke.
Why the biggest scoop of the century is not getting reported?
This is much bigger than Watergate!
This is to Impeach the President of the United States!
Why this black-out?
What is going on here?
In the course of the following days, I contacted several other reporters and news outlets, about the information I had on Eric Ciaramella:
Chanel Rion, White House correspondent of OAN
Sidney Powell, lawyer of Gen. Mike Flynn
Project Veritas
Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch
Jeff Carlson of The Epoch Times
Chanel Rion produced a piece on OAN, without giving me due credit as the source of the information.
Sidney Powell retweeted many of my Twitter Threads on Eric Ciaramella, but she didn’t do anything else.
Project Veritas replied with an automatic email. Very disappointing.
Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch didn’t even reply.
Jeff Carlson of The Epoch Times replied saying they were not interested in the Ciaramella story.
Very disappointing.
I couldn’t get the story out.
This is the automatically generated reply I got from Project Veritas:
You can judge for yourself. As you see, the email is from October 21, 2019.
I never heard from them again.
So much for their “investigative journalism”, and for “making a difference in our country”.
The days passed: October 16, October 17, October 20, October 25...
Not a peep about Eric Ciaramella from the New York Times, nor from the Washington Post.
Aren't those guys supposed to be “journalists”?
”Presstitutes” is a better term to define them, I think.
Not a peep about Eric Ciaramella on CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, either.
Which, you would say, was kind of expected.
Propaganda assets of the CIA.
Not a peep from Fox News about Eric Ciaramella, either.
Nothing from Sean Hannity.
Nothing from Tucker Carlson.
Notice that I had sent my 13 pages 'Eric Ciaramella Dossier' to Kevin Corke of Fox News on October 15:
I had received no explanation from Fox News why the news on Eric Ciaramella was not reported by Hannity, nor by Tucker Carlson.
.
What happened next?
On October 30, 2019, a dude named Paul Sperry published a piece on his blog with information about Eric Ciaramella.
That Paul Sperry piece reported exactly the same information I had published in my Twitter Threads from October 11 to October 22.
Including the same images.
That piece by the Paul Sperry dude included also the information from the 13 pages “Eric Ciaramella Dossier“ PDF that I had sent to Kevin Corke of Fox News on October 15.
Link to the piece by the Paul Sperry dude:
https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2019/10/30/whistleblower_exposed_close_to_biden_brennan_dnc_oppo_researcher_120996.html
What happened?
Someone at Fox News must have forwarded - without my permission - my 13 pages “Eric Ciaramella Dossier” to that Paul Sperry dude.
In the Paul Sperry piece there is no credit to Greg Rubini whatsoever.
How do you call this?
I call it a Swindle.
Intellectual Property theft.
Stealing Intellectual Property is like stealing a car, like robbing a Bank.
People go to jail for this.
Copyrighted information is equivalent to a Patent.
A Patent is Intellectual Property.
Copyrighted information is Intellectual Property.
Stealing a Patent is a Federal Crime.
Stealing copyrighted information is a Federal Crime.
And it got worse.
The Sean Hannity Swindle
It that was not bad enough, on the same day, October 30, 2019, in his show on Fox News Sean Hannity gave credit to that dude, Paul Sperry, for exposing the “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella, and praised him 6 times.
The Sean Hannity Show broadcast of October 30, 2019:
This is what Sean Hannity said that night, October 30, 2019, on Fox News:
“We begin tonight with what is a massive, huge mystery, that is reaching fever pitch, as we speak”
“Who is the hearsay 'non whistleblower', whistleblower?”
”Tonight, Paul Sperry is reporting the details of this person's identity.”
Don’t you have any shame, Sean Hannity?
This will cost you $800 Million.
But no need to worry, Sean Hannity, with the $40 Million/year contract you have with Fox News.
This swindle will cost $800 Million also to Fox News.
Fox Corporation makes $13,000 Million/year.
And this swindle will cost $800 Million also to the Paul Sperry dude.
This is Theft.
Intellectual Property theft.
People go to jail for stealing.
Sean Hannity continued:
“We need to demand the relationship (of the whistleblower) with his former boss: (the former CIA Director) John Brennan. his name comes up a lot, doesn't it?”
“The whole thing, what we know, stinks to high heaven!”
It stinks to high heaven indeed, Sean Hannity!
They stole even my Talking Points!
By the way: why you did not dare to say the name of Eric Ciaramella, Sean Hannity?
Are you a coward?
As you noticed, Sean Hannity never gave the credit, not even once, to Greg Rubini as the source of the information on the “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella.
On the opposite, Sean Hannity credited this Paul Sperry dude 6 times during the show.
And Sean Hannity did it again the following day, on October 31, 2019, this time crediting the Paul Sperry dude 7 more times for the information on Eric Ciaramella that he stole from Greg Rubini.
Greg Rubini had sent his 13 pages “Eric Ciaramella Dossier” to the Fox News White House correspondent Kevin Corke on October 15, 2019.
The Paul Sperry dude published his miserable piece on October 30, 2019, fifteen days later. The Hannity Show was also on October 30.
Easy to do the math.
Someone at Fox News must have provided my 13 pages “Eric Ciaramella Dossier” to Paul Sperry, and must have provided him also the links to all my Twitter Threads on Eric Ciaramella.
The Paul Sperry dude copied all that information, and re-packaged them into an article, as if it was Sperry's own research work.
This is what I call a Crook.
This is what I call a Thief.
Has Fox News behaved in a fair way?
In a honest way?
They surely haven't.
I was in disbelief.
How this could happen?
I felt anger, outrage, frustration. For days, weeks, years.
After having dedicated 200 hours of research without being paid, working 15 hours a day on the Eric Ciaramella matters, neglecting my normal job and losing money because of that, just to see someone else stealing my hard work.
And to see that thief receiving all the credit from Hannity and Fox News.
Unbelievable.
And still today, in late January 2023,
3 years and 5 months after the facts,
I feel the same anger, the same outrage.
It still hurts.
